STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
2 fl oz | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
1/4 fl oz | Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur |
1/4 fl oz | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
1/6 fl oz | Suco fresco de Limão Siciliano |
1 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
1/4 fl oz | água gelada (não usar se o gelo for de máquina) |
Comentários:
Spirit-forward with subtle notes of apricot, cherry, lemon and zesty citrus. Despite the inclusion of lemon juice, this cocktail is intended to be stirred (not shaken).
História:
Created in 2008 by Kashi Forootani at the Seattle Hotel in Brighton, England. Originally based on Bacardi Carta Blanca rum, hence the name.
