Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz White crème de cacao liqueur
1 oz Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of chocolate powder rim.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History:

Created by Constantino (Constante) Ribalaigua Vert at the Floridita bar in Havana, Cuba. This recipe is adapted from a 1937 Bar Florida (later renamed Floridita) menu. The name refers to Pepin Rivero, who took over the Cuban El Diario de la Marina newspaper upon the death of his father Don Nicolas Rivero in 1944.

Thought this would be a bit weird and I wasn't wrong but in a good way. You definitely don't want to skimp on the chocolate rim, it really is the maker of this drink.
