Review:

Yes, it's a Martini in as much that it has gin and vermouth, but, as the name promises, cherry blossom and sake are the focus.

I love this drink. A bit sweet for a martini but so easy and tasty if you like Cherry. The Mancino Sakura Vermouth is probably the deal breaker and definitely worth searching out for as are all their Vermouths.
Don't have the Monin Cherry but used a spoonful of Hotel Starlino Cocktail Cherry juice.

A very pleasant cocktail indeed: delicate flavours working well together and looking amazing. Another Simon triumph.

Sigh. Any idea if/where the Mancino Sakura and Monin Cherry Blossom are available in the US? I've searched and found no source. The cocktails containing them sound delicious.

Monin Cherry Blossom is a new product, so it may soon be available in the US, if not already working its way through distribution channels. Mancino Sakura has limited production, so I believe its availability in the US is also limited.
