STIR all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 1/2 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
1/2 fl oz | Strucchi Rosso Vermouth |
1/2 fl oz | Cynar or other carciofo amaro |

Dry, very aromatic and bordering on bitter. Interesting but not to everybody's taste. The lemon zest twist makes this cocktail.
