1/2 fl oz | Strucchi Red Bitter Liqueur |

1 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Tonic Water |

Bitter liqueur and ginger topped with tonic, a surprisingly good combo. Adult and balanced. A great long drink.
