Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
23 oz Americano bianco chilled
13 oz Peach syrup
56 oz Peach iced tea (still)
3 oz Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco chilled
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon wedge.

How to make:

  1. POUR all ingredients into chilled glass.
  2. FILL glass with ice.

Review:

The Golden Hour can simply be built in the glass, as originally specified by Kaitlin, but I prefer shaking the first three ingredients as specified above. However, you make it, the result is a delicately peach-flavoured, refreshing aperitivo.
