Coco ralado em flocos

Como fazer:

BATER NO LIQUIDIFICADOR os 6 primeiros ingredientes com uma pá média de gelo picado (incluindo 15ml de champanhe). Servir em um copo gelado, pré-preparado com 45ml de champanhe gelada. Ingrediente especial #1: Sorbet de coco Bater no liquidificador, em velocidade média, 100ml de creme de coco, 200ml de leite de coco e 200ml de água de coco. Depois de bem misturado, transferir para uma máquina de sorvete e misturar até atingir a consistência desejada.

1/6 fl oz Martinique blanc rhum agricole
2/3 fl oz Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur
1/2 fl oz Brut Champagne
1 1/2 fl oz Suco fresco de Abacaxi
2 scoop Coconut sorbet
1 1/2 fl oz Brut Champagne

To make Coconut sorbet:

Blend 100ml cream of coconut, 200ml coconut milk and 200ml coconut water on medium speed until fully mixed, then pour into an ice-cream maker to chill and churn until the desired consistency is obtained.
