Ingredients:
1 oz Cacao & coffee spiced rum
12 oz Cynar or other carciofo amaro
12 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare orange slice for garnish.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
  5. Garnish with orange slice.

I think the vermouth choice is important in this drink. I had a bottle of the very fruity Starlino Rosso vermouth open and with the Cynar, combined, they overpowered the rum. A bit more rum helped.
