Garnish:

Air dried beetroot spinach

How to make:

In the wall breaker
add 30ml beetroot juice
5 fresh spinach leaves
10g lemon zest
15ml lemon juice
15ml syrup and strain the residue to make super vegetable juice.
In the Boston shake,
add 45ml Old Tom Gin
10ml honeydew liqueur
10ml Chartreuse green
45ml Super vegetable juice and mix
and strain into a glass

1 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Green melon liqueur
1/3 fl oz Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur
1 fresh Lemon (fresh)
1/2 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
