Rocks glass

Garnish:

Orange, jalapeño and maraschino cherry boat

How to make:

Add .5oz agave in a cocktail shaker
Add two jalapeño slices
Muddle the two ingredients
Add .5oz Cointreau
Add .5oz Lemon juice
Add 1.5oz Old Tom Gin
Grab a rocks glass and fill it up with crushed ice
Add Ice to cocktail shaker
Shake all ingredients vigorously
Double strain mixture over the rocks glass filled with crushed ice
Top with soda water
Serve with fruit boat edible garnish

1/2 fl oz Agave syrup
2 dried Jalapeno slice
1/2 fl oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
