Perform a strong Rose Water rinse on the coupe glass (i used Eau de Rose from Al-Rabih) then tip out the Rose water.
Then in a shaker pour 30ml Hayman's old Tom Gin, 30ml Hayman's Sloe Gin, 30ml Apricot brandy, 30ml Lime juice, 15ml maple syrup, One Bar spoon of Apricot Jam (Berrenberg Australian Apricot Jam) and One Bar spoon of Strawberry Jam (Bonne Maman Strawberry Conserve), Half a table spoon is a suitable susbstitue if a Bar spoon is unavailable.
Shake with ice then double strain into a coupe

1 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 fl oz | Apricot (brandy) liqueur |
1 barspoon | Strawberry jam/preserve/conserve |
1 barspoon | Apricot jam (preserve) |
2/3 fl oz | Rose water |
