How to make:

Step1: Add 3pcs (15g) fresh bitter melon,muddle it
Step2: Add 40ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
Step3: Add 15ml Hayman's Sloe Gin Infused by black pepper
Step4: Add 1 barspoon simple syrup
Step5: Add 10ml fresh lime juice
Step6: Mix and shake well
Step7: Add 30ml ginger beer
Step8: Garnishing with bitter melon slices

1 1/3 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 barspoon Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
1 fl oz Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
1 gram Black pepper
1/2 fl oz Hayman's Sloe Gin
3 slice Melon (Honeydew)
