Garnish:

Orange twist & Griottines French Morello Cherry.

How to make:

-Muddle the flesh of an orange wedge & 2 Morello Cocktail Cherries in a shaker, with the Bitters & Kirsch from the Cherries.
-Add ice to the shaker.
-Add the Gin, Allspice Dram, & Amaro.
-Shake all ingredients with the ice to break up the Cherries & orange flesh.
-Pour contents of shaker (including ice), into a snifter.
-Rinse the shaker with a splash of soda water & swirl, to utilize any remnants left in the shaker & top off the drink with the soda water.
-Garnish with a whole Kirsch-soaked Morello Cherry & orange twist.

2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
2 dash Fee Brothers Gin Barrel Aged Orange Bitters
1/2 fl oz Cherry juice
1 wedge Orange (fresh)
1/2 fl oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
1/2 fl oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur
