
Place a Mint leaf onto the top of the glass and add 1 - 3 small catmint or violet flowers.
To begin add
*50ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
*40ml freshly squeezed Pineapple juice
*10ml bitter truth violet liqueur
*10ml luxardo Maraschino liqueur
3-5 sprigs of fresh catmint
Into the large half of a Boston shaker followed by 3-5 sprigs of fresh catmint (a member of the mint family although has a citrus note aswell as menthol one) (slap before adding). Add ice to the smaller part and shake vigorously
Double strain and Pour into a (preferably frozen or chilled) tall Nick & Nora glass and Garnish with a large mint leaf and some catmint or violet flowers.
