
A frozen sage leaf pegged through a Maraschino cherry. Slice the bottom of the cherry and place on the rim of the glass the the leaf standing straight.
To a tin add:
-6 sage leaves
-7.5ml King's Ginger liqueur
-5ml Vanilla Syrup
-2dsh of plum bitters
Muddle those together.
Then proceed to add to the tin
- 25ml Cherry Heering
-40ml Fanny Fougerat petite Cigue
Ice up and quick shake.
Fine strain into a iced wine glass then proceed to top with 30ml soda water and 12.5ml prosecco.

1 1/3 fl oz | Fanny Fougerat Petite Gigüe coganc |
1/4 fl oz | King's Ginger liqueur |
1/6 fl oz | Monin Vanilla Syrup |
2 dash | Plum bitters |
6 1⁄3 leaf | Sage leaves |
5/12 fl oz | Prosecco sparkling wine |
1 fl oz | Soda (club soda) water |
