Serve in

Wine glass

Garnish:

A frozen sage leaf pegged through a Maraschino cherry. Slice the bottom of the cherry and place on the rim of the glass the the leaf standing straight.

How to make:

To a tin add:
-6 sage leaves
-7.5ml King's Ginger liqueur
-5ml Vanilla Syrup
-2dsh of plum bitters
Muddle those together.
Then proceed to add to the tin
- 25ml Cherry Heering
-40ml Fanny Fougerat petite Cigue
Ice up and quick shake.
Fine strain into a iced wine glass then proceed to top with 30ml soda water and 12.5ml prosecco.

5/6 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 1/3 fl oz Fanny Fougerat Petite Gigüe coganc
1/4 fl oz King's Ginger liqueur
1/6 fl oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
2 dash Plum bitters
6 13 leaf Sage leaves
5/12 fl oz Prosecco sparkling wine
1 fl oz Soda (club soda) water
