Catalan Cobbler

Collins glassGarnish:
Lemon wheel and mint bouquet. Serve with a straw.
How to make:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into ice filled Collins glass. Add straw, garnish and serve.
| 1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1/4 fl oz | Ginger liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Honey syrup (2 honey to 1 water) |
| 3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 fl oz | Green tea (cold) |
| 3 dash | Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters |
| 1 fl oz | Marsala semisecco (medium) |
