
Slap a rosemary sprig to release the fragrance and place in the glass.
Pour all ingredients except grenadine into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well blended and chilled. Strain into a chilled glass. Top with the grenadine, which will sink to the bottom of the glass, creating a layered effect. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
3/4 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 fl oz | Fortaleza Blanco Tequila |
1/2 fl oz | Yellow (Jaune) Chartreuse liqueur |
3/4 fl oz | Carrot juice (freshly extracted) |
1/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 dash | Angostura or other aromatic bitters |
1/4 fl oz | Grenadine/pomegranate syrup |
