Combine All Ingredients in Small Tin of Shaker Set
Add Hoshizaki 1 inch cube ice
Shake hard for 20 seconds
Double Fine Strain into Frozen Mini Coupe
Place garnish on side of glass

| 1 fl oz | Hibiscus tea (cold) |
| 1/4 fl oz | Monin Lavender Syrup |
| 1/2 fl oz | Sake |
| 1/4 fl oz | Cocchi Americano Rosa |
