-Fresh rosemary sprig -Grated mandarin on top
1) Add all the ingredients in a shaker with ice
2) Roll or throw the cocktail for 10 times
3) Using a cocktail strainer, strain the cocktail in a Double Old Fashioned filled with ice
4) Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig, and freshly grated mandarin on top
| 1 1/3 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1/3 fl oz | Skinos Mastiha |
| 2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/3 fl oz | Cinnamon syrup |
| 2 drop | Difford's Saline Solution (or merest pinch of salt) |
| 1 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 5/6 fl oz | Pinot Noir red wine |
