How to make:
In a shaker, add the bourbon, Mandarine Napoleon, ginger liqueur, lemon juice, bitters, and foamer. Add ice and shake well. Strain with mesh strainer into a coupe glass, spray with lemon zest and garnish with a twist

| 2 fl oz | Elijah Craig Small Batch |
| 1/2 fl oz | Ginger liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 dash | Fee Brothers Cardamom Bitters |
| 3 dash | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
| 1 swath | Lemon peel |
