How to make:
Stir first 4 ingredients with ice and serve in old-fashioned glass over one big ice. Float peated whisky over and flame orange peel, then drop in.

| 2 fl oz | Blended Scotch whisky |
| 5/8 fl oz | Italian red bitter liqueur |
| 3/8 fl oz | Kummel liqueur |
| 1/4 fl oz | Peated single malt whisky |
