3 fine slices of green pear in fan shape on cocktail pick
Reyka vodka or similar
10 saffron fronds, 15 if you are adventurous
Add vodka, Mandarine Napoleon Liqueur, Green Chartreuse Liqueur and saffron to a mixing glass.
Leave for 5 or so minutes to infuse the saffron
Add a large block of ice to the mixing glass
Stir with bar spoon until chilled
Strain to chilled glass
Add a few saffron fronds
Green pear for garnish
1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
2 fl oz | Reyka Vodka |
1 pinch | Saffron fronds |
1/3 fl oz | Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur |
