
Tajín rim, charred pineapple spear
Add everything and ice to the shaker - a generous handful. Shake hard for about 15 seconds - you want it cold and slightly frothy. Strain into prepared glass, ideally over a large ice cube.
1 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Agave syrup |
2 fl oz | Mezcal Vago Elote |
