Serve in

Goblet glass

Garnish:

A simple expression of Lemon zest to add a fresh citrus layer.

How to make:

1 - Chill your serving glass.

2 - Prepare a Lemon swath.

3 - Add the following ingredients to a shaker:

30ml Pallini Limoncello
60ml Bourbon
10ml freshly squeezed Lemon

4 - Shake over ice for 10-12 seconds.

5 - Add 5ml/one bar spoon of Rye Whiskey to the chilled glass and rotate to coat the inside.

6 - Double strain the shaken ingredients into the glass.

7 - Express Lemon swath over the drink and glass rim, then discard.

8 - Enjoy!

1 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
2 fl oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon (40%)
1/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/6 fl oz Sazerac Straight Rye
