Express lemon zest twist (and discard) and float basil leaf garnish on top of drink.
How to make:
1. Select and pre-chill a Nick and Nora glass.
2. Prepare a lemon zest twist garnish.
3. Shake all ingredients (except lemon twist) with ice and strain back in to shaker.
4. Dry shake vigorously.
5. Fine strain into chilled glass.
6. Express lemon zest twist over glass and discard.

| 3/4 fl oz | Liquore Strega |
| 3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 fl oz | Gin |
| 3 dash | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
| 1⁄2 pinch | Salt (sea salt) |
