Dan Warner works with the 86 Co. supporting all of their efforts in Europe and is currently a member of the International Committee of the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards.
Dan started out as a figure in the London cocktail scene, working at several key stops along the way. It was 2006 when as the general manager of London’s Bedford & Strand, he made the leap to the brand side, taking on the prestigious role of Global Brand Ambassador for Beefeater Gin, which he would hold for 5 years before becoming an on trade specialist for Pernod Ricard in London.
In 2015 he began working in support of the 86 Co. bartender spirits brand on its European launch.

Glass: Sling
Garnish: Pineapple and cherry
Method: Shake first 5 ingredients and strain into ice-filled glass. Top with soda.
• 1½ oz Fords Gin
• ½ oz Cherry Heering
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
• ½ oz simple syrup
• ½ oz Bénédictine D.O.M.
• 1½ oz Soda water
