Rhys Wilson began bartending in a Sydney hotel in 2007, where he was grabbed by the energy, and desire to serve people with passion and vibrancy. His career really took off after time spent in Europe when he moved to London and worked at Callooh Callay for two years, including some big Tales of the Cocktail awards in that time. Rhys then spent some time running a drinks program at Potato Head, Jakarta, before finding himself back in London at the helm as General Manager at Happiness Forgets, a bar recently voted as being one of the World’s 50 Best Bars.
