Jägermeister is a family owned brand and a unique herbal spirit developed by Curt Mast from a secret recipe. Launched in Germany in 1935, Jägermeister is flavoured with a blend of 56 different herbs, blossoms, roots and fruits. The botanical ingredients are extracted in their raw, unprocessed form through a gentle, weeks-long cold maceration process to create Jägermeister's base. The base is then rested in more than 400 oak casks where it is left to "breath" for one year.
