Review

This is the third Dirty Martini to spring up in London and demonstrates just how far the brand has come. It's the mature sibling in the group, with a distinctly different vibe to the Covent Garden and Hanover Square sites.

Located opposite the hustle and bustle of Liverpool Street Station the underground bar mixes vibrant colour scheme with classic décor. The bar stretches across one wall with plenty of standing space for those busy City evenings.

The cavernous area is mostly table service with waiters running to and fro serving cocktails from the extensive menu. A combination of classics, twists and interpretations on the Martini characterise the menu. We had to try a Dirty Martini which uses Grey Goose Vodka or Tanqueray Gin and had a boozy punch. The remainder of the menu is on the sweeter side of balanced but plays with some interesting textures and ingredients and certainly has a few balanced drinks amongst the ranks.

Still definitely a fun bar more than a serious cocktail den, we were impressed by the service and drinks - which hasn't always been the case with Dirty Martini's earlier sites.
