Review

Nottingham's most spectacular bar (and Pitcher & Piano's most striking venue) is located in a deconsecrated church that's been converted into different levels with glass walkways, spiral staircases and fancy light fittings made from old soda siphons, all set against the original stonework and stained glass windows. Sit underneath vaulted ceilings that are twenty metres above you. There are plenty of booths and tables spread over two levels, and a bar that runs down one side of the room.

The cocktail menu is divided into two categories- 'classics' and 'house cocktails' such as the Parsons Green Apple (Zubrowka vodka shaken with elderflower, lime and apple juice), and a selection of drinks available by the jug. We'd advise better sticking to wine and beer.
