How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Del Maguey Vida Clásico mezcal |
| 1/2 fl oz | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
| 3/4 fl oz | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |

My thanks to fellow Discerning Drinker, Erik Smith, for introducing me to this cocktail which is adapted from a recipe created circa 2018 at Toro Bravo restaurant in Portland, Oregon, USA.
