Adapted from a recipe by Jason E. Clapham at the St. Edward's MCR at Oxford, England. Named after one of the beloved Royal Pembroke Welsh Corgi dogs. Queen Elizabeth II owned more than 30 corgis from her accession in 1952 until her death in 2022.
