| 1 | shot | Freshly squeezed lime juice |
| ½ | shot | Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65°brix, 2:1 sugar/water) |
| ½ | fresh | Egg white |
| 1 | dash | Orange flower water |
| Glass: | Old-fashioned |
| Garnish: | Three drops of Angostura bitters |
| Method: | SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. |
| Comment: | Traditionally this is drunk is blended with crushed ice, but I prefer it served straight-up. Be sure to drink it quickly while it's cold. |
