Serve in a Coupe glass
1 2⁄3 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1 oz | Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur |
1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄3 oz | Chilled water omit if using wet ice |
Simple but tasty. All three flavours are harmonious.

I used the original Harry Craddock recipe as a base, adding nearly equal parts (25 ml) lemon juice and apricot liqueur.
It might be too much for most people but i like my sours on the sour side. :)
