Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Elderflower liqueur
2 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Review:

The eponymous elderflower is well balanced with the other ingredients to make a dry refreshing long drink.
