Glass:

Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
12 fresh Mint leaves
12 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
34 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
3 fl oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

How to make:

  1. PLACE mint, lemon, lime and sugar in glass.
  2. Half fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN (stir).
  3. ADD more crushed ice to fill glass.
  4. Add apple juice, top with soda and CHURN some more.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
  2. Serve with a straw.

I did add the apple juice along the citrus and sugar and churned it all together and it is wonderfully delicious and refreshing as mentioned in the review. A delightful Mojito variation, I'd take this over most alcoholic Mojitos as well!
