Dear Discerning Drinker

Yesterday, Paloma and I returned from our annual pilgrimage to the Tales of the Cocktail festival in New Orleans, where we presented a sherry and cocktails seminar with our friends at Lustau Sherry. Huge thanks to Lustau for making it possible and to all who attended. As a result of working on this seminar, I'm happy to share our 277 sherry cocktails, made with the magnificent seven styles of sherry.

While Paloma and I were cocktailing in New Orleans, our talented IT team continued labouring on the most significant update to the software that drives our cocktail database for years. As you'll see, they've achieved much during the week, particularly to benefit Premium members:

- Multi-step instructions on cocktail recipes are now easier to follow, breaking down prepare, how to and garnish.
- Add brands to your Cabinet, not just generic ingredients.
- Simplified preferred brands selection in your Cabinet.
- A missing/added ingredients filter in your Cabinet.

Still to come next week:

- Improved Cabinet search across ingredients, brands, AND categories.
- Add your own ingredients to your Cabinet.

And we've much more planned for future weeks, including the ability to share your Cabinet. In the meantime, please bear with us!
