Serve in a Coupe glass
| 2 oz | Blended Scotch whisky |
| 3⁄4 oz | Rainwater/Verdelho (med-dry) madeira wine |
| 3⁄4 oz | Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur |
| 1 dash | Whiskey barrel-aged bitters |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- EXPRESS flamed orange zest twist over cocktail, then use as garnish.
Review:
Complex and strong with all three ingredients balancing and enhancing each other.
