Named after the modern classic cocktail, Paper Plane is an intimate, 50-seat bar that celebrates craftsmanship, thoughtful hospitality, and the pleasure of slowing down.
Drawing on the glamour of 1970s Hollywood, Japanese listening bars, and the golden age of air travel, Paper Plane blends nostalgic influences without committing to a single era. It celebrates analogue items, from hand-painted window signage and vinyl-only music to handwritten orders and hand-made cocktails served at the table.
Created by Milo Cooper and Miley Pendragon alongside the wider Palagander team, the drinks programme centres on cocktails and whisky. Taking inspiration from a professional kitchen, drinks pass through a series of stations, with different bartenders contributing to each creation.
