Bar Le Sacrilège is a neighbourhood bar on Rue Saint-Jean in Québec, established in 1992. It is noted for a hidden four‑season patio, a selection of Quebec craft beers and spirits, and regular weekly events such as chess nights and karaoke.
Tucked away in Québec City's lively Saint-Jean-Baptiste neighbourhood, Bar Le Sacrilège is housed in a heritage building, the bar blends rustic charm with an eclectic, lived-in feel, while its spacious garden terrace is one of the city's most sought-after outdoor drinking spots during the warmer months.
In the winter, from November 1st to May 1st, the same space becomes a covered winter-garden terrace thanks to an award-winning demountable wooden lattice structure designed by Boon Architecture. This allows guests to drink outside even at -25°C in January.
Le Sacrilège's drink offering includes a well-curated selection of Québec craft beers, ciders, wines and classic spirits complemented by cocktails.
