Appearance:

Cloudy, pale straw yellow with fast fading thin beige head.

Aroma:

Yeasty, newly mown grass cuttings and faint citrusy nose.

Taste:

Slightly sour, light cereal palate with fresh pine hop notes, light cracked black pepper and clove spice.

Aftertaste:

Malty yeasty finish with lingering sweet cereal flavour.
