Best described as a more approachable (40% alc./vol.) substitute for Chartreuse, Del Santo is made with infusions of herbs and roots, including achillea moscata, mace, galanga, cinnamon, carnation, aromatic calamus.

This bitter-sweet, herbal liqueur is designed to be mixed in cocktails or enjoyed neat, or over ice, as an after-dinner drink.

In Italian, Del Santo literally means "of or belonging to the holy one."
