Review and Tasting

Sampled on 06/11/2011

Almost crystal clear but with a very faint yellow tinge.

Pungent pear skin and pear flesh nose with dried apple aromas and faint spice.

Clean, ripe pear palate with an alcohol bite and pinch of spice.

Delicate fresh pear finish with delicate warming spice.
