A 5 year old madeira made of predominantly Tinta Negra Mole Grapes (80% blended with Sercial (20%).
The wine undergoes a unique artificial 90-day Estufa process, where temperatures rise to 45ºC before being allowed to cool. This process renders the wine completely stable before it starts aging in oak casks for 5 years, after which the madeira is ready for bottling.
