A wheat based vodka from Texas made by Richard N. Azar III. Neutral grain spirit (96.5%) is distilled in Betty, a 2,000-litre copper pot still. The distillate is blended with reverse osmosis treated water from the Edwards Aquifer before being chill filtered and bottled.
