Review and Tasting

Sampled on 18/12/2011

Appearance:

Clear, bright pale golden with a minimal head which quickly fades.

Aroma:

A nose you might expect from a classic pilsner but with more pronounced hops and grassy/hay aromas.

Taste:

Dry, bitter, hop dominated with malt notes fighting for attention. Flavour is a tad one-dimensional.

Aftertaste:

Bitterness lingers in the slightly metallic long finish.
