Blended from molasses based pot still (heavy) and continuously distilled (light) rums which are unaged but married for a short period in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Clean with vanilla/toffee and fudge rising over cracked black pepper spirity notes with citrus faint match matchbox striking strip.

Taste:

Dry and mouth puckering with cracked black pepper and caramel predominating over citrus zest, vanilla and faint vegetal notes.

Aftertaste:

Long, bitter burnt toffee, citrus and cracked black pepper spice.
