Review and Tasting

Sampled on 02/02/2012

Appearance:

Clear, light golden yellow with thick head which fades to a creamy foam leaving moderate lacing.

Aroma:

Floral, grassy/hay barn hops with slight metallic note.

Taste:

Fruity cooked apricot/apricot jam with bitter grapefruit zest hops that while potent are not as bitter as other IPAs. Carbonation is very acidic but the high alcohol strength is remarkably masked.

Aftertaste:

Pine/eucalyptus and pink grapefruit zest and juice.
