Brewed with three different types of hops, this well regarded IPA combines its craft Belgium origins with a nod to American-style IPAs.
Sampled on 02/02/2012
Clear, light golden yellow with thick head which fades to a creamy foam leaving moderate lacing.
Floral, grassy/hay barn hops with slight metallic note.
Fruity cooked apricot/apricot jam with bitter grapefruit zest hops that while potent are not as bitter as other IPAs. Carbonation is very acidic but the high alcohol strength is remarkably masked.
Pine/eucalyptus and pink grapefruit zest and juice.
