Review and Tasting

Sampled on 02/02/2012

Appearance:

Very slightly hazy, coppery golden amber with a thin white head.

Aroma:

Red apple skin, dried apricot/ripe plum fruit, white grapefruit zest and delicate clove spice.

Taste:

Invigorating, well hopped palate with sour plum, mandarin orange zest and fresh coriander.

Aftertaste:

Great finish with zesty, metallic refreshingly bitter hops.
