Review and Tasting

Sampled on 10/02/2012

Appearance:

Hazy, copper-orange amber with medium head which quickly disappears with no lacing.

Aroma:

Subdued tangerine citrus and coriander influenced, bready malty nose.

Taste:

High alcohol content very evident on the barleywine-like bready malty palate with stewed fruit and light hop spice.

Aftertaste:

Yeasty, slightly sour finish with linger spiced doughy bread flavours.
